Todd talks about... 1978

Broadcast on Manhatten Alley Public Access TR is interviewed about Guns, Health, and the Energy Crisis. These sections were popped into the programming and feature additional video footage of 'Video art by Todd Rundgren' for a Stravinski track performed by Tomita and the 'Elpees' promo. Todd seems to be getting pretty vexed during the interview segments though.
