Tomorrow night's show in Charlotte is reportedly sold out. Royston Langdon will not be opening for these dates, although there is the possibility that he will rejoin the tour back in New York in April. Although it was reported to me that the tour has been fully booked, new dates keep popping up, so keep up to date by watching the web site. Reviews and pictures are also pouring in.

Todd has also mentioned that he will join Hall and Oates on some dates later this year. No specifics, maybe by the next update some details will be known. In the meantime, he appears on the new Hall and Oates CD, due next Tuesday on the cover of New Radicals' "Someday We'll Know." February 25th will also see the release of the George Harrison tribute with Todd's excellent version of "While My Guitar Gently Weeps." And finally, for completionists of obscure TR contributions, The Deal will release their debut CD on Not Lame in March. Originally recorded in the '80s, Todd contributed a guitar solo to the song 5:45. See http://www.notlame.com and http://www.thedealband.com/.

In DVD news, Sanctuary has published, retracted and re-published the expected track list for its upcoming release. The original, it turns out, was too similar (or perhaps the same) to the DVD release "Live in Japan." The new list is an Adventures-era Utopia show from Columbus, OH. Fans are invited to submit questions via videotape for inclusion on the DVD. Details at the TR Connection at http://TRConnection.com/home/bttb#upcoming.art.

Those of you who haven't yet picked up your copy of "A Dream Goes On Forever - The Continuing Story of Todd Rundgren, Vol 1." should rush right out and order it online via http://www.goldentreasurespublishing.com/toddbook.htm. Those in the UK and Europe can also check it out at http://www.helterskelterbooks.com/. I just finished it yesterday and will be counting the days until the release of Volume 2. It's a real treat.

Finally, in the tradition of Todd bringing his future son-in-law on tour, I have some family-related non-Todd news of my own to impart. My son Matt, last appearing on TR's Live in San Francisco DVD (along with brother Brad and his dad; there's your TR connection...), has placed not one, but two songs recorded with his band Silent Horizon on the soundtrack of the upcoming film "Gone," an independent film set for general release next week. You can check out the film's web site at http://www.gonethefilm.com. The two songs are "Nowhere To Go" and "Dreams Come True." Silent Horizon's web site is http://www.silenthorizon.com.
