Royston Langdon of Spacehog will be the opening act at several of the January dates (he'll also be performing solo). For those of you living in a hole the last few years, Royston is also Liv Tyler's financé. He may also extend into dates in February.
The Mountain Stage show might be interesting, especially if it becomes one of their broadcasts on Public radio. Keep an eye on their web site http://www.mountainstage.org/ for additional details.
More dates will be added as they are known.
To help you keep up to date with the frequent changes on the tour page, and to let you know of new picture sets and reviews, I've set up an RSS feed of the tour info. Pick up an RSS reader (and familiarize yourself with RSS) at http://blogspace.com/rss/readers. Then point it at http://TRConnection.com/tourrss/t2003 for all the updates.
Sanctuary records is at it again. In addition to their fine "Bootleg Series" which saw the releases of Vol 1: Live at the Forum, London '94 and Vol 2: KSAN 95FM Live '79 (Utopia) last year, they've also recently released a Nazz anthology with remastered versions of all the songs from their three albums, plus a bonus "Train Kept A-Rollin'." And, of course, great liner notes as well. But wait! There's more! They are going to release a Todd DVD, and want your participation. The plan is to accept questions submitted on video by fans for Todd to answer. The questions and the answers will appear on the DVD. The track listing is not yet finalized, but will be published on the TR Connection when received, as well as the address where you can send your submissions.
If you can't find these in your local CD store, click on over to Scott Harvey's TR Bazaar.com http://TRBazaar.com. Scott has a great selection of TR/Utopia merchandise, including some exclusive live material.
Todd speaks of the Nazz Anthology, and offers of lot of other insight, in a new interview that ran in the January 2003 issue off "20th Century Guitar." You can read it online at http://www.mwe3.com/. Check it out!
