All three of Todd's songs were scorching versions. The band was in the right venue to show there skills on a big stage , with big screens and a killer sound system. The fans collectively would show their respect for one another be sitting more passively ( except me and a few other freaks ) until " Photograph " "Act Naturally" "Help From My Friends" and "Give Peace A Chance" finally . The entire stadium was on there feet showing much love and appreciation that we can still have shows like this in our lives.
It is not every time out that you get to see Todd on the biggest of stages . Last time I saw him work the mega- trons was in Ohio at the "The New Cars" / "Blondie " show back in 2006 and again at Sunfest in Florida's huge 3 day festival in 2007. Again with Hall and Oats at Jones Beach back in 2002 Todd-zilla was on the megatrons !!!
Hey if you read this soon and can catch some of the shows , I promise you it really is a celibration of our music and times spanning the 60's through the current days with Ringos new hit "This Is An Anthem " produced by Glen Ballard'( Allanis Morisett "Jagged Little Pill" fame) .Truth be told every one wants to work with Ringo . When your the drummer who rocked songs like "Poletheme Pam" and "She Said , She Said " - you wrote the template for all great rock songs to follow . THANKS RINGO !!! ... and Thank You Todd ! Happy B-Day Todd , Happy Anniversary Michelle and Todd !
