This show may have been the most purely entertaining one of all time. There were lots of fun & jokes, but the serious stuff was serious.

Todd came out wearing a woodpecker head. Kasim & Jesse took their whippings. Kasim sang most of the lead on Free, Male & 21.

I'd only heard Blow Me as an old concert tape intro, but this version was like Vic Damone in your face. The Loren Green stuff was a hoot too. I wasn't expecting a drummer, but there was a guy who looked like Prairie's younger brother siitin' in.

I had the last seat in the intimate house & asked a guy standing next to me if he got the only SRO ticket. He said he had the drummer, Sam Lamonica's ticket, when Sam, a friend of Prairie's, got the call the night b4. This guy plays bass in a band with Sam, who played great for 2 hours.

I'd come up from Philly for this show & it was well worth the trip.
