After a pleasant drive from Long Island, my lady and I drove from the venue to find a place to crash after the show. The first hotel we stopped at, the Green Gable or some such name in the middle of Woodstock, whose right in front? Todd and Prairie! Unfortunately for them, I had to regale them in the long version of the last meeting, in Atl. Cty on an AWDAR tour. Even though his sciatica (sp?) was acting up, Todd tolerated that and posing for two pics. Thanks Todd (and Prairie)!!
The show was HOT!!!! Todd, Prairie, Jesse, Matt and Kasim (boy, has HE changed)................uh, OK, Rachel, gave a great performance. They needed 100 times more air conditioning to cool this show down. From the beginning classics, through the Arena disc, and finishing with more classics, it was very high-energy. The only low point was not being able to get my hands on the new disc yet.
Can't wait to see them again!
