Coushatta Casino Resort Show in Kinder, La. 5/11/07

The meet and greet was fabulous. Everyone was very cordial. The band played two songs just for us and did not let up whatsoever. Just like the show later. The "VIP" group was a bunch of nice people. The restaurant served us froglegs. Tasty, too.

Watching Todd simply rock on some hard driving pop/rock classics was awesome. The set list is posted on their site. Two hours and it really sounded great, especially considering the no-frills arena.

Of course, this locale is in the middle of nowhere, but that led to a real easy in/out relaxing time. No crowds, no fuss. Front row seats were superb. I can't get over how well it sounded, too. I particularly liked "Moving in Stereo", "Candy-O" and "I Saw the Light" (best version I've heard as a result of the two guitar virtuosos playing together).

I have a new found respect for Mr. Easton. He worked his tail off in this show and seemed to appreciate the support.

I have seen Todd (Utopia etc.) over 40 times now since 1976. This show was a cool variation, kinda like the Abbey Road shows.

THANKS TO THE NEW CARS FOR A GREAT TIME!

JEFF FROM HOUSTON
