WOW! What a show. What can I say other than don't miss this concert. This was the first show of the tour. Blondie kicked off the concert with CALL ME. Her voice was strong and right on and tight! Her next tune was "Dreaming" . Loved it when she pointed at me when she said the lyrics "Dreamin is Free" and then waved at me. I guess she could spot a dreamer in the crowd. She is one KOOL lady!! What a sweetheart. The NEW CARS are totally awesome. Todd drove the NEW CARS full speed from the beginning to the end. They were having a blast on stage and the energy was high. And man were they sweatin from all those bright lights. Get some fans guys! The New Cars also did a few Todd tunes that sounded great, such as I Don't Wanna Work and I Saw The Light etc. The New Cars gave Todd's song as good an effort as they did their own. The drummer Prairie Prince was decked out in the DOTS !!! POLKA DOTS that is. His drums were covered in a polka dot pattern and his clothing was polka dot pattern...Wearing white framed shades. I'm sure ELTON JOHN would have been very jealous. Very kool.. Saw Todd and Prairie Prince later at the hotel and they were still upbeat....Got to say hi with the hosts of the CONCERT BLAST at wwww.concertblast.com.from Nashville at the concert. They were at the concert and I am sure you will want to check out their live recorded review of the concert. It should be posted on their site soon.. To sum it up---It all GELLED SO WELL!!
