It was a beautiful night for a show at the beach.
When Todd took the stage my friend and I acknowledged his new jacket. He looked very spiffy.
"Lysistrata" just doesn't do it for me without a band. The rest of the set with the band was just fantastic. "Sweet" was a surprise. It was funny but after "Hello it's me" the H&O fans seemed to realized who was up on the stage and started to pay attention. "Love is the Answer" won them over.
"Rock love" had me living in the past. I just love his Rock Love dance. He's still got the moves.
After a short break H&O came on to do a very soulful show. Then Todd came on with them for the best part of the show (IMO). When Daryl and Todd harmonize it is almost a religious experience. Needless to say I enjoyed the show beginning to end.
If you are on the EastCoast try to get to one of the five shows left with Todd on the bill.
