review of Conan

I just saw the troupe perform on Late Night with Conan O'Brien. It was TR on guitar, JJ on piano, and Ethel on strings, doing While My Guitar Gently Weeps. It was a shorter version than the one they're doing on tour. The audio seemed heavy on the strings - I could barely discern the piano. Todd NAILED his vocal part - especially at the end, where he's got that sustained, three-note rise. It was pure and clear and pitch-perfect. It sent chills up my spine. Todd's voice - especially when it's right on like it was tonight - is his greatest gift.
