Review of the 6/6/04 Sandudsky Performance

I was blown away by Todd Rundgren and the Liars at the Sandusky performance! Reading about the tour reviews prior to attending, I wasn't sure what to expect. But tonight the band delivered a great show! Todd (and everyone) else seemed very happy to be there (he didn't look angry to me), there were no apparent technical problems, it was NOT too loud, and I loved seeing the stuff from Liars performed live. I especially enjoyed witnessing Todd's tribute to George Harrison with "while my guitar gently weeps". He played it so intensely that a string was left hanging at the end of his solo! I was also pleased with the theater personnel and the fans in attendance. Everyone was getting along great and enjoying the show. Todd rocks and I'm so thankful that he (and the liars) are still at it. If you have not seen Todd and the Liars on this tour and you have a chance to attend, get there!
