I went to the show last night. First things first. It was held at The Ohio Theater in Cleveland, which is a very nice place. It was so nice that people were very quiet, like they were at a Broadway play. The seats were so small that my big ass could barely fit into them. This was the first concert that I been to where you can't smoke there, let alone smoke anything good.  Not a good place to see Todd.

As for the show, much to my surprise, was a one man show. Todd was on stage with 2 guitars, a piano and lots of bottles of water. He worked his ass off, covering most of his music over the years. It seemed that he picked one song from each album that could be played without a band backing him up. This was not bad, because he really had to use his voice to make up for the lack of backup music. Any fan of Todd knows that the voice is what we want, and for about 2 hours he delivered.

It was a great way to see Todd, If you are over 50 and a major fan, but I missed the Rocking Todd, the Dancing Todd, Todd with the electric guitar. Was it worth 27.50? Yes! Would I see him again in such a stuffy place ?, No. I learned that he plays best in small clubs and bars, where he can rock !
