New Orleans Gig

It was great seeing Todd after 6 years! Especially in New Orleans. His voice was exceptionally good. He also looked great. He had some problems with his gadgets, but that's Todd. Always tinkering with technology. The set list was pretty good with the exception of the two Beatles covers. I would have much rather heard two more Todd tunes. I love the "With A Twist" arrangements, but I thought Todd sitting on a stool with shakers, singing over preprogrammed drum, vocal and instrument tracks was a little cheesy. Too kareokeish! I was expecting a solo show like I saw in Dallas ('82?). Todd and the guitar or Todd on the piano. Overall, it was a good show. On a scale of 1-10, I would give it a 7. I'm ready for another Utopia tour!
