well, i had the pleasure of seeing our main Todd last night ( with hall and oates) at the weymouth , ma balloon festival.

The balloon festival itself was disappointing; you had to pay $15 plus $5.00 parking just to talk in the door to basically listen to people trying to get you to sign up for some scam or another while you went by; also, you could listen to dc the clown who was sophomoric even for a 5 year old. it was very family-ish, a bit too much. most people there were under 10 or over 40 ( their parents) also, you could get as many free samples as you wanted of vanilla coke ( big deal) and Pepsi's new blue soda.

anyway, after waiting many hours in the hot sun, the show, thank God,. was worth it.

Todd was very relaxed and goofy and smiling a lot, and seemed to really be having a good time. some of the set list:

Love of the common man,
cliche,
I'm looking at you but talking to myself, hello it's me,
parallel lines ( a great surprise)
hello it's me
rock love ( great job on that one Todd, he was dancing up a storm)

and with hall and oates he traded leads with daryl hall on
i saw the light
can we still be friends,
hall and oates' wait for me
and the last song after two encores was hot fun in the summertime

he was really dancing around the stage a lot and very interactive; serious guitar licks, and some really Todd screams!

very glad i stuck through the lousy balloon festival to see Todd last night!

Todd, please come back for a solo tour in Boston ASAP pls!
