Back in 1978, Todd played 3 nights in Toronto at the El Mocambo as part of the Back To The Bars tour. I was fortunate to have seen 2 of those 3 nights. Todd also recorded these shows, edited the best versions from each night (so we were told), did some overdubs and then offered the finished mix to Toronto radio station CHUM-FM who then broadcast the complete 90 min. tape in early Nov. '78. I was fortunate to have had a decent receiver and a reel-to-reel tape deck at the time so I recorded the broadcast 'live' off the radio (they never repeated it) and I still have the tape today. Last year, I finally transferred it to CD-R and am offering copies to anyone who is interested in it. Quality is flawless with no breaks, edits etc. In my opinion , it's also a stronger performance and a better quality show all-round compared to the official Back To The Bars LP that he released.
