BURLINGTON, IOWA - JULY 14, 2002

My wife and I traveled from Des Moines to Burlington for the Walk Down Abbey Road Tour. We arrived Saturday and spent the night in Burlington before Sunday's concert. We are huge Christopher Cross and Alan Parsons fans and did not know too much about the other members of the tour. We were in for a treat.

We both enjoyed the entire concert from the eleventh row. We expected a lot of Beatles music, but we were hoping for a little more in the lines of "greatest hits." Think of Laura, Days Are Numbers, Bang on the Drum All Day, etc. were not a part of the show, but the harmonies on the Beatles songs --- WOW! If you get a chance to see this tour GO! You will enjoy it.

An enjoyable evening and a good one for my autograph collection too. All of the members of this tour were very gracious after the show --- especially Christopher Cross who even signed autographs in the lobby for fans. The others spent a lot of time signing behind the auditorium after the show. I will send some photos for posting soon.

Thanks for this website.  I enjoyed reading the prior reviews before our trip.
