Todd Rundgren Monmouth University Show

I bought a first row center ticket 2 hours before the show at the box office. I don't care what anybody else says. I love this guy. Along with his 1960's 1970's collegues many who are my idols he is one of them. My seat was directly left of his mic stand and was like I was with one with my idol. A close seat like that for two hours ( which I get for other shows here and there) at that kind of intimate show is just other worldly. I know he has a huge catalog (quote Todd from his 1987 drunk performance in California with brown bathroom paneling "I don't know if I'm Sears or Roebuck") and he could play many many other songs but maybe one day he will play 30 differen't songs. How come these days I can't get into any young new musicians and their music. Is it all bad or is it me. I'm so stuck liking the old sht.
