Oblivion

The songs hold up pretty well for a techno-pop album. If it were not for a couple of extravagances such as "Longbow", "Revolution" and "Winston-Smith", this would be a fun album. "Itch in My Brain" and "Too Much Water" give the album its spunk. "Crybaby" was surprisingly lame in concert. The typical sap was left out of the ballads this time (and transferred to the political junk mentioned above). "I Will Wait" - "If I didn't Try" are listenable and well done. "Love with a Thinker" ah...duh....whatever.
