This, of course, is a transcription of the original version, not the "With a Twist" version (although the latter may be the same, I haven't really listened to it close enough).

Anyway, this is in the key of B (with the exception of an A#11 chord in the pre-chorus, which I've simplified as "G#/A#"). 

Other than that descending synth line in the verse, I haven't gone into great depth with the particular voicings, although this song isn't complex in that department as some of his others I've done. Again, (1st) means play the chord inverted once, etc.
