I have read some of the reviews of the previous shows and here are my thoughts after seeing last night's show in Clearwater. Myself like the rest of the audience came away very satisfied. Nobody was walking out last night. We were standing and cheering for more. Was it perfect? No, but there were more hits than misses and these guys have a special chemistry that comes through onstage. The whole Prog Rock thing really kind of annoys me. Even Todd made reference to it last night. Maybe the Ikon and Freak Parade might fit that mold but to me the rest are just good tunes and good jamming. They opened with the Utopia theme. Moogy's absence was felt here as there wasn't a layer of keyboards washing over you. Be well my man we miss you. Todd made the best of it filling in with guitar. There were a few dodgy notes on the riffing after the lyrics which was disappointing but he and Ralph Shuckett had some extra duties so they get a break. I thought Jesse could have strapped on a guitar and rounded out the sound a little more. Some twin leads on Another Life would have been nice or rhythm on Heavy Metal Kids. He sang backups and brought a light heartedness to it all. My wife said he reminded her of Spicoli for some reason but was right on cue for his parts. Kasim was Kasim. Great vocals and the ladies were loving him. Kevin Ellman and John Siegler provided a solid foundation for the rest of the band to follow. Powerful and tight. Todd's voice sounded as good as ever.

All in all a very good show and one I didn't think I would ever see and glad I did
