OMG. Todd back at his best again. Wait 37 years and Utopia's here!

Started a bit late with the Johnson songbook, which while done really well, but would have been time better used with a few Todd or Utopia oldies. At least it was a lot better than the new tracks played in the Liars and Arena concert tours.

Having first seen Todd at the Liverpool Empire in 1975, it was great to see Todd had packed out a seated theatre venue once again. This show was as good as when I saw him on my 21st at Salford University way back in 1977. (Anyone got a copy of that gig? - I only have a poor quality copy recorded by some guy at the back of the hall)

The music reproduction was fairly close to the original album, and Todd's costume changes as bizzare as the music changes on the album. Loved the concert memory stick of the show even though it was £20.

My only complaint was than I was hit on the head by a Kinder sweet, when Todd was trowing them out to the audience. I said it was bizzare. At least I managed to pick the sweet up off the floor. Thanks Todd. (Law suit for injuries to follow - LOL).

Now if only he would do a "Something / Anything" tour.
