house of blues 9/22

what this show lacked in concept, it certainly made up for in rock and roll energy. i especially like the encore: trapped!, hawking and worldwide epiphany. as previously stated on these pages, the band was awesome.

leaving the show, we got stuck in the elevator! fortunately we were rescued 10 minutes later after 911 calls to dan ackroyd and members of aerosmith. when the elevator doors opened we found ourselves in the foundation room and shook hands with todd. we babbled some incoherancies about youtube and such, but the man was warm and extremely gracious. todd: great show, thanks for playing the west coast.
