st louis show on 5/7

The St Louis show was excellent. One goof by joe, one by TR, but otherwise flawless. The 1850 seat venue was pretty much full, and had very good acoustics. Ethel did a 25 minute set, then Joe for 45, a 15 minute intermission, then 45 minutes by TR. A 25 minute encore-combo by all closed the show. Best of his set were Black and White, and Lysistrata. He seemed in a good mood, and actually added a bit of original banter to the usual intro to the Bang the ukelele song(nonetheless lets hope he retires this verion of that song on tour). Overall a very good show;-- worth seeing folks. Only downer in St louis was due to the set up(whoever set up the stage has logisitic thinking challenges!) of the speakers on the stage sides, folks in the outside seats of rows B thru G on the LC floor sections could not see whoever was performing at the piano.

Lets hope Utopia is really going to tour in 06!!
