Most reviews cover the details of the concert. This review is an expression of my love and excitement that Todd and Kasim are touring and serving up their distinctively delicious music. It may be shocking to some of our utopian community. Please do not read any further if you have no interest in hearing about the sexiness of this Power Trio.
The Power Trio 2000. Todd is looking so good (hmm ladies?!) and sounding so good during these 2 shows. His voice is strong and true. His guitar is sweet and oh so hot. Kasim is as sexy and tuneful as ever. Check out that hot bass on "Yer Fast (and I like it)". THis is a new all time favorite Todd song for me. Give me Todd and Kasim singing sex and I am blissing.
Trey Sabatini - wow, he slaps those skins so well. Also he is a totally sweet guy.
The awesome new song Buffalo Grass... does this not get better with every listen? One thing is sure, this power trio has wrapped themselves around my heart.
They played a couple other songs from the new release, One Long Year. I love these new musical gifts from Mr. Rundgren. He is still a master lyricist and tune spinner.
At the long island show, i was thrilled by Fix your Gaze, Secret Society, and the Ikon (i think that's what it was, frankly, i was too happy to think). Then at Mohegan Sun, it was Mystified and Secret Society and Broke Down and Busted that i really enjoyed. Let's face it, i loved the whole show. I can say only good things about this tour.
Ladies, can we talk? Is this trio not to die for?! Don't you want to love them all over for hours and hours?! Ouch, they are so hot...Todd is more sexy now than ever. Kasim is more sexy if it's possible and Trey is just sexy! They can stick it in my face anytime.
