Hello Todd Fans!

Where do I begin? My wife and I are still reeling after the "Power Trio" show Monday night at the Gothic Theatre. We arrived about 2 hours before the doors opened to make sure we got a good spot up front when the show started. We mingled with the crowd as we waited in line and had the pleasure of meeting many other devout Todd fans. By the time the doors opened the line had stretched quite a distance down the sidewalk. Upon entering we stopped and got ourselves a couple of Todd T-shirts, (which are of excellent quality and design), and hurried up front to grab a spot close to the stage. There we were right in front, center stage, waiting for Todd, Kasim, and Trey. We were joined by other fans as we waited the final hour before the band appeared. Suddenly the place went berzerk as the trio entered and got ready to start the first number of the evening. The crowd was definately pumped up and ready for some hard rocking tunes. The set list went like this.....

I Hate My Frickin' Isp ( definately a high energy song to start with)
Couldn't I Just Tell You ( brought back great memories)
Love Of The Common Man ( wow!!!)
#1 Lowest Common Denominator ( Todd really cuts loose here)
Love In Action ( got the crowd really going)
Fix Your Gaze (pleasant surprise)
Yer Fast (And I Like It) ( a great new song)
There Goes My Inspiration ( great harmonies)
Black And White ( really tight here)
Trapped ( Kasim's vocals shine on this one)
Play This Game ( another pleasant surprise)
Cliche ( the acoustic masterpiece)
Bang The Drum ( a uke with a little "Lion Sleeps Tonight)
Temporary Insanity ( I thought this was great myself)
Open My Eyes ( a classic done with real flair...wow!)
Buffalo Grass ( sounded awesome, what a treat)
One World ( another crowd pleaser that had us all dancing)

Encore #1

The Ikon ( excellent guitar and bass riffs, Trey was fantastic) Hammer In My Heart ( the crowd goes nuts)

Encore #2

World Wide Epiphany ( brought the house down)

Throughout the whole show we could her the fans singing along to every song which lead me to believe I was amongst the greatest fans in the world. The show was beyond our wildest dreams and we can't wait for the show Tuesday in Boulder at the Fox Theatre. Don't miss this tour if your are a Todd fan or you'll just end up kicking yourself. It's a Todd show we'll never forget!!!! We're still numb!!!!
