I had the great pleasure last night of seeing Todd play with Ringo's All
Star Band from the
second row directly in front of Todd. It was a fantastic show, with the
whole band giving
a great showing. Todd was the life of the party with his incredible
showing on guitar. He has
his parts down pat at this point of the tour, including slide on Back off
Boogaloo. He again brought out the psychedelic SG and broke a string
every time he strapped it on. It was a highlight of my years of concert
going to have Todd screaming out solos for White Room and Sunshine of
Your Love right above me. Jack also ventured over to stage right for
some impressive playing. Todd wore a bright yellow suit for the
occasion, bringing this comment from Ringo..."Let's have a hand for
Todd's suit! I thought I would be the colorful dresser tonight." A
surprising high point for me turned out to be Todd's incredible solo for
All Right Now. It was absolutely amazing. Walk, Run or
Crawl to this show...it is not to be missed!
